How a Flex project comes together

Every Flex project starts with a conversation.

First, you tell us how you'd like to make your home or garden more comfortable, practical or beautiful. A few photos, a short description and rough measurements are usually enough to begin with.

Based on that, we assess the existing space and put forward our own ideas and solutions. If needed, we visit the site to evaluate the location, take initial measurements and discuss the options in person.

Once we've found the right concept, we put together a 3D model and a quote. This gives you a clear picture of the solution, its proportions and the size of the investment.

If the initial solution matches your expectations and you'd like to move ahead, we take precise measurements and work out all the necessary technical details.

If the project needs to be fixed to an existing terrace, building or other structure, or requires foundations for posts, we carry out the necessary preparation work before finalising the exact dimensions. This way we can be sure every connection point, height and measurement matches the real conditions on site.

Once every fixing point and technical detail is settled, we finalise the drawings to the millimetre and prepare all the parts for production. We then build the structure at our own factory and install it with our professional installation team.

This process lets us handle even complex sites with confidence and care, avoiding surprises in both production and installation.
